If you need help when we are closed

Out of hours services are provided by Staffordshire Doctors Urgent Care Medical Services (SDUC), Riverside Business Park, Campbell Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4RJ

They offer a GP service to our patients when the surgery is closed between 18:30 – 08:00 Monday to Friday, at weekends and bank holidays.

To contact the SDUC services when the surgery is closed use NHS 111 online or Call 111 and your call will be answered by a clinician who can arrange for you to be seen by the Out of Hours GP’s.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Extended Access Appointments

We offer enhanced access services to our patients on weekdays 5-8pm and Saturdays 9.00-5.00pm at locations either Furlong Medical Centre/ Cobridge Surgery and Tunstall Primary Care Centre.
